Ordination and Elevations I was called Evangelist in 1977, and ordained into the Clergy in 2006 through the International Council for Clergy (ICC), Philadelphia / Ghana with the consent of the Ex-Chairman of the Church of Pentecost International, Apostle Dr. Ntumi, as Reverend Minister, and elevated to Apostle in 2008. Further, I was commissioned Bishop by the Lord Jesus Christ in a vision and confirmed independently by Archbishop Sleizer Ofori-Attah, Presiding Archbishop of (ICC), who later consecrated me on August 25, 2012, and Executive Member of the International Executive Committee and Chairman of the Theological Education Committee, and Eastern Regional Diocesan Bishop of the Council. Further, I was admitted into membership of the Council of World Bishops, Woodbridge, Virginia, on February 28, 2015. My Clergy credentials were validated by the National Association of Christian Ministers (USA), in October, 2015, and International Reformers Network, Fresno, California, USA, and also been admitted into their membership. Further, I hold membership of Ghana Psychological Association, and Association of African Psycho-Social and Marriage Counselors. Again, Bishop Dr. Emmanuel has been appointed Head of the On-line Theological Faculty of Grace International Bible University, Maryland, USA. Current Ministry Presently, I am Director/Founder of Holy Spirit Counseling and Retreat Center (Spiritual Center of Excellence, Non-Denominational), Akim- Asiakwa and Accra, Ghana, and also Deputy Director, Center For Perfect Marriage and Retreat, Oakland, California, United States of America, engaged in Evangelism, Deliverance from Demonic Bondage and Retrogressive Pronouncements (Curses), Spiritual Marriage /Bond, Negative Impact Names, Talent Discovery and Polishing, Holy Spirit Baptism, Counseling (Marriage and Family, Grief, Terminal Illness, Character Transformation), Pastoral Care, Training of Ministers/ Lecturer in Theology and Counseling, Revival Programs for Churches, Clergy Wedding Officiant, and others. I have trained and continue to train many Deliverance Ministers and assisted them to establish Prayer Centers and Prayer Groups in many parts of the country. Notable among them is Reverend Philip Baidoo of Atwereboanda Prayer Centre, Assin District, Central Region, Elder Boateng, Akim-Apampatia, Atiwa District, Prophet Mensah, Founder/ Leader of Asante Aponpong Prayer Ministry, near Anwiankwanta, Ashanti Region. Other Churches that I have been conducting Holy Spirit Baptism, Deliverance and Spiritual Revival programs include: Methodist Churches (Accra, Cape Coast, and Akim-Ampatia), Bible Baptist Church (Madina-Accra), Presbyterian Church (Akim-Sagyimase), Special Grace Ministry (Accra), Church of Pentecost Churches in Ghana, Global Evangelical Church (Cape Coast) and many others. I have also held many revival programs in the London Apostolic and Pentecost Churches in 2008 and 2009 I also held many programs in Kisii Assemblies of God, Kenya, between October and November, 1994.
