Dr. Vernon L. Fowler serves as the pastor of Dominion Church and is a renowned inspirational speaker.

As the pastor, his mandate is to focus everything and everybody upon Jesus Christ by committing himself and the ministry to pray about everything. He is fully persuaded that God has called him according to Luke 4:18-19, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, and to preach the acceptable year (coming) of the Lord."

Dr. Fowler diligently teaches that ministry begins at home and endeavors to build and strengthen the "total family." He preaches a message of family unity, which leads to church unity, and that is where the blessing of God is.

Dr. Fowler retired from the U.S. Army in 2004 with 23 years of military service. He served in various assignments and leadership positions, which culminated in him being a First Sergeant. He completed an illustrious military career as a highly decorated soldier and continues to serve military members and their families.

Dr. Vernon Fowler has been a devoted husband for over 37 years, a dedicated father and grandfather, and a disciplined undershepherd with a servant's heart. He serves with his beautiful wife, First Lady Tracy O. Fowler.
