What if you did ... and everyone died?

The Delphine, time-walkers, are the descendants of humans and Unity who crashed on Bethel, because of the Unity's zero-tolerance extermination policy. The Unity were cloned and enhanced from their human Primes.
There's only one "sitting" Delphine at a time. An equation defines our place in space and time. The Delphine can access those numbers. ...and they can change them. While they can't go into the future, they can all make changes in the past.
However.
They each learn that the events spawned by the Wilson Concurrence have to happen. ...or all of humanity is destroyed within only a few hundred years from its writing.
So, do they let it exist ... and allow the deaths of hundreds of billions of people? Or do they make the change ... and cause all those people never to be born? While so many will die because of the Concurrence ... many will also live. ...including the Resistance.
