Two intelligence agents from rival countries are assigned as each other's "decoy life" - they must create exhaustive, deep-cover personas as lifelong friends in a neutral city. Every shared birthday, faux family crisis, and inside joke is documented for their agencies. After 20 years, the orders come: terminate the decoy.
