Iker Echeberria Ayllón holds a PhD in Modern History from
the University of the Basque Country. As a postdoctoral researcher at the
Center for Basque Studies at the University of Nevada-Reno and the University
of the Basque Country, he has developed various research projects on the
history of Basque women in the 18th century, such as the book Basque women's education in the 18th
century: an Atlantic issue. His
bibliography also includes the book La
plata embustera. Emociones y divorciando en la Guipúzcoa del siglo XVIII.
