Jann Winford enjoys weaving her own life experiences into the stories she tells-stories about the comedy and chaos that inevitably show up when women get involved with men, dating, love, and sex. One of Jann's favorite places to workshop her ideas is at the annual Santa Barbara Writers Conference, where she receives an enthusiastic response and has been a recipient of the SBWC Humor Award. Jann is also an accomplished artist. Her work has been shown in several galleries, including a large commission of a five-by-forty-five-foot tapestry for California State University, Northridge.
