I've always believed that God was with me-even when life was dark, even when I didn't understand why the pain kept coming. There were times I felt abandoned, but deep down I knew He hadn't left me. He was just letting me learn. And learn I did-through struggle, heartbreak, loss, and moments that could have broken me. But instead, they built me. I've come to believe that God, in His infinite wisdom, has a sense of humor and a way of teaching us not by avoiding pain, but by walking with us through it.
My story isn't about seeking pity. It's about the strength that rises when you're sure you're about to fall. It's about the quiet courage it takes to keep praying when all the answers seem silent. I've endured many hard seasons, but I've also learned that it truly is mind over matter. What I tell myself-how I choose to see my circumstances-makes all the difference. Faith doesn't mean I didn't cry or feel fear. It means I kept going anyway, trusting that God would use every tear for something greater. Through years of prayer, I asked God to use me-not just to fix what was broken in me, but to shape me into a vessel of His mercy and compassion. I've made peace with my past because I now see purpose in it. I asked for strength, and He gave me the challenges that taught me endurance. I asked for wisdom, and He gave me experiences that no book could have taught.
By the grace of God, I raised three exceptional daughters-strong, smart, and full of spirit. Every step of our journey was covered by His hand, even when it felt like we were walking alone. There were moments we survived on nothing but faith. And still, God provided. Every time. He saved me more than once-not just physically, but spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. The fact that I'm still here is nothing short of a miracle, and every breath I take is for His glory. This book is a testimony. It's a love letter to the God who never let go, even when I did. It's about slowing down enough to see what's been in front of us all along: grace, mercy, and the unshakable presence of the Holy Spirit. I pray every day that I can be good enough for the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. They've been my guide, my comfort, and my reason to keep standing when the weight of the world tried to take me down. My life has been intense, unpredictable, and at times, unbearable-but it has also been one big lesson. I've come to understand that hard times don't come to stay-they come to pass. And on the other side of every hardship is a chance to grow, to see, to love, and to live again.
