Kaffe Fassett, an accomplished painter and designer of textiles, is widely acknowledged as a visionary in the use of color. In 1988, he was the first living textile designer to be given a one-person show at the V&A in London. He is a fabric designer for FreeSpirit Fabrics and the author of more than 60 books, including these Abrams titles: Simple Shapes Spectacular Quilts, Dreaming in Color, Bold Blooms, KaffeFassett in the Studio, and Kaffe Fassett Timeless Themes.
